Enjoy an Emory day in Santa Monica to do good together at this casual beach cleanup. Emory alum Alex Henderson 03C 03G will greet you for this fun community service event, hosted by Surfrider Los Angeles. They will provide gloves, grabbers, reusable trash bags, sunscreen, and a water refill station (just remember to bring a reusable water bottle!)
Meet up on Santa Monica Beach at Tower 20. Your $10 registration includes a $5 donation to the General Fund for Excellence. Convenient pay parking is available next to the beach, with additional street parking throughout Santa Monica. Plan to stay after the cleanup to hang out with alumni and score some Emory swag!
